WWE News: Two new champions crowned at Hell in a Cell

The WWE and World Hvt. Championships changed hands at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view on Sunday. Undertaker defeated C.M. Punk in the opening match to capture the World Hvt. Championship. Randy Orton defeated John Cena later in the show to capture the WWE Championship.
Powell's POV: Another pay-per-view, another title change. Only in this case, both titles changed. The titles change so frequently that it lacks the impact it once had.
