WWE News: Company spokesman comments on the lowest Raw rating since last November

The New York Post noted that the 3.1 rating Monday's WWE Raw scored was the lowest since last November. The newspaper labeled it Al Sharpton's "ratings turkey," but WWE spokesman Robert Zimmerman blamed football. "Yes we were low, but Monday NIght Football really had a lot to do with it," he sad. Powell's POV: It was probably a combination of football and a guest host that turned off some viewers for political reasons and simply didn't appeal to others. It will be interesting to see whether the move of having Ben Roethlisberger as guest host will help counter the huge MNF game this week.
