Lilian Garcia delivered her farewell address on Monday's WWE Raw. She previously announced on her Twitter page that she was leaving the company once her contract expired. Jim Ross wrote in his blog this morning that Garcia is planning to get married and start a band.

Powell's POV: Lilian's tearful farewell address was the highlight of an otherwise lousy show. She showed genuine emotion and it was one of the few moments in recent memory that captured the spirit of the name of the show.
