Former WWE WrestleMania main eventer possibly eyeing a full time career in WWE
Sep 16, 2009 - 05:17 PM |
Floyd Mayweather, who was a main attraction at WrestleMania XXIV when he defeated Big Show, has considered working full time for WWE after his upcoming fight with Juan Manuel Marquez.
"Right now, I'm looking at the WWE. I talked with the (Vince) McMahon family and they're happy with the idea," Mayweather muses. "So I may move there full-time. I don't know." To read the full interview, which also includes Mayweather's upbringing, his children, and potential financial troubles, click here.
Twill's Two Cents: Floyd to WWE full time? I'm sure he will pop ratings and do entertaining things for the short term, but will it work on a permanent basis? I have a feeling we will be able to find out soon.
