Former WWE star Ken Anderson (a/k/a Mr. Kennedy) is a free agent

Ken Anderson's 90-day noncompete with WWE expired today, meaning he is free to negotiate with all wrestling companies. "Something about midnight tonight...can't quite put my finger on it." Anderson wrote yesterday on his Twitter page.
Powell's POV: My assumption is that Anderson will land in TNA at some point. He has already committed to dates with the Nu Wrestling Evolution promotion, and the tour happens to fall in between TNA television taping dates.
