Ken Anderson (a/k/a Mr. Kennedy) stated on his Twitter page that his noncompete agreement with WWE expires on Wednesday. You can check out his full post by clicking here.
Powell's POV: WWE came to terms on Kennedy's release on May 29. He will be contractually free to sign with TNA on Wednesday. Of course, nothing is official, but he would be a great fit in TNA.
