An update on what Las Vegas police found in WWE guest host Floyd Mayweather's home
Aug 28, 2009 - 12:05 PM |
Las Vegas police seized two handguns, ammunition, and two bulletproof vests from the home of boxer and WWE Raw guest host Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s home on Monday, according to the Los Angeles Times. An alleged victim is claiming that Mayweather threatened him 10 minutes before another man shot at his car in a skating rink parking lot on Sunday. To read more on the story, visit LATimes.com.
Powell's POV: No one was hurt in the shooting, and Mayweather has not been named as a suspect, let alone charged with any crimes. I understand why they took the guns and ammo, but I'm curious why they would seize bulletproof vests.
Update: A couple readers have pointed out that it's illegal in some states to possess a bulletproof vest.
