WWE Breaking Point: Two title matches announced for WWE's September pay-per-view

The following matches have been announced for the Sept. 13 WWE Breaking Point in Montreal, Que.
-Randy Orton vs. John Cena in an "I Quit" match for the WWE Championship.
-Chris Jericho and Big Show vs. Mark Henry and MVP for the Unified Tag Titles.
Powell's POV: There was no mention of submissions being required to finish the tag title match, so it appears the submission stipulation won't be required in every match.
