Matt Hardy made a surprise appearance as the special enforcer referee of the World Hvt. Championshp match between Jeff Hardy and C.M. Punk.

Powell's POV: Matt wrote on his Twitter page yesterday that he was still about a month away from being healthy enough to return to the ring. There's a big difference between reffing a match and taking bumps, so he may have been telling the truth.
