WWE advertising Jeff Hardy for events later this year, which could be a sign he's extended his deal
Jul 17, 2009 - 09:04 PM |
WWE has added Jeff Hardy to the UK tour scheduled for November. Dot Net reader Christopher Moriarity reports: "For the last few weeks, WWE has been advertising the UK Smackdown tour for later this year. Jeff Hardy's name has been conspicuously absent from these ads, but as of tonight he has been added as third draw - just behind Undertaker and CM Punk. Edge has also been removed from the advertisement."
Powell's POV: Interesting development. The fact that Edge was pulled from the ads indicates it's an updated version. Hardy has indicated that his contract is set to expire in a matter of weeks. It's possible he's signed a new long-term contract or even a short-term extension. Either way, this is good news for UK fans who will see him on the tour.
