WWE legend selling his Hall of Fame ring on eBay
By Jason Powell Jul 15, 2009 - 08:45 AM

Billy Graham is selling his WWE Hall of Fame ring on eBay because he's upset with Vince McMcMahon. "Vince McMahon made a remark at a recent Board meeting that there will never be an actual Hall of Fame building and that the Hall of Fame is something that only exists in his head," Graham told the UK Sun.

"Shane McMahan has been saying for several years that there will be an actual physical Hall of Fame building and now we know that there will not be one. Therefore, if the Hall of Fame is only a figment of Vince's imagination, I will depart with my ring." To read more on the story, visit the UK Sun.

Powell's POV: I don't believe Vince said there would never be an actual Hall of Fame building, but he did say it exists only his mind right now. Either way, Graham is overreacting. I believe the company explored the idea in the past, but the economy crashed and the idea was put on the back burner.

Speaking of the economy, I can't help but wonder whether Graham's decision to sell the ring is financially driven. The bidding is up to $5,700. You can see the ring and/or join the auction by clicking here.
