WWE introduces a new pay-per-view name, Cyber Sunday kicked to the curb again
Jul 13, 2009 - 05:18 PM |
WWE has renamed the Oct. 25 pay-per-view event as "Bragging Rights." It was previously listed as "Cyber Sunday," changed to "WWE Annihilation," and changed back to Cyber Sunday before the new name was posted on the live events page today.
Powell's POV: Ho-hum name. Nothing special. Honestly, though, I'm happy to see the lame Cyber Sunday concept go away. It had potential, but WWE officials always led the fans to vote for specific matches rather than use the show as a gauge to see what matches the fans really wanted to see.
