Taz answered fan questions in his latest Facebook blog regarding working with Mike Adamle in WWE. "I had fun working with Mike BEHIND THE SCENES!" Taz wrote. "He is a great guy, who is actually very funny! On air it was very tough because Mike was in over his head.

"So than I was put in a position were I had never been were I was doing the 'play-by-play' at the announce desk. Bottom line, he didn't belong in an broadcaster position at that level. Powell's POV: That's a very fair assessment of Adamle. Taz was also honest about being forced to adjust his role as a color commentator to cover for Adamle. It had to be a frustrating time for him, but it's good to see that he can separate the on-air frustrations and still speak highly of Adamle as a person.
