Powell's POV: The note is in the "Industry News" section on the WWE website, but the company also included it on their corporate website. The second offense in the WWE Wellness Policy gives WWE the right to suspend a wrestler indefinitely until the individual has successfully completed a drug rehab program. The company is not required to send the performer to rehab after the second violation. Rather, it's the company's call as to whether "talent appears to be in need of a drug rehabilitation program."
