WWE claims they are still releasing the names of wrestlers who violate the Wellness Policy
Jun 10, 2009 - 12:08 PM |
A WWE spokesperson told the UK Sun that the company has not altered their policy of publicly announcing suspensions of performers. "WWE continues to publicly announce performers who have been suspended due to contravention of the Talent Wellness Program," said the spokesperson. You can view the story at the UK Sun.
Powell's POV: There has been a lot of speculation within the industry that WWE was withholding the name of at least one top wrestler. The company would face a ton of scrutiny if word ever came out that they were sitting on the name of a top star who failed a test.
