Did new World Hvt. Champion C.M. Punk turn heel at the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view?

79 percent of Dot Net voters said they believe C.M. Punk turned heel when he captured the World Hvt. Championship at Sunday's WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view. Only 21 percent of the voters felt that Punk cashing in the Money in the Bank and pinning Jeff Hardy was not a sign of a heel turn.
Powell's POV: The buzz I'm hearing is that Punk is going heel. As I mentioned previously, they could have left the title on Edge and had Punk beat him if they weren't going to turn him heel.
