Powell's POV: I assume these are in-ring appearances because South Africa was among the countries listed as possible locations for the overseas tour he has been negotiating to be part of. However, the site simply lists that he will be "involved" in the three South African dates. This is the same company that lured Ultimate Warrior out of retirement, so they have strong financial backing. An email sent to the promotion seeking confirmation of Flair's in-ring involvement was not returned by the time this story was posted.
