Jeff Hardy suspended for 60 days

WWE has suspended Jeff Hardy for 60 days for violating the company’s substance abuse and drug policy for the second time. Visit WWE.com to read the official statement.
Powell’s POV: In many ways, Hardy’s suspension validates the company’s decision not to put the WWE Title on him at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. This will also legitimize the drug testing policy to some extent, as critics have questioned what would happen if a top name tested positive just before WrestleMania. I guess we have our answer. I’ll have a lot more to say about this situation throughout the day.
