WWE star JBL says he didn't buy Ohio Valley Wrestling
Mar 9, 2009 - 02:05 PM |
JBL updated his blog with more details regarding his relationship with the Ohio Valley Wrestling promotion. "I want to be clear about OVW, Danny Davis is the owner," JBL wrote in his latest WWE Universe blog. "I am not buying OVW nor any interest in OVW. Layfield Energy is merely taking over as his main sponsor and advertiser. I see an opportunity to advertise our products and grow our distribution in Kentucky." To read the rest of the blog, visit WWE.com.
Powell's POV: JBL described himself as "the sponsor of OVW" in his previous blog. He also noted that the promotion will be branching into MMA training. If you missed the first blog, you can check it out at WWE.com.
