WWE News: Randy Orton's cousin signs developmental deal

WWE signed 18 year-old Jasper Orton to a developmental contract, according to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Jasper graduated high school this year and will report to the WWE Performance Center once a meniscus injury heals.
Powell's POV: Jasper is listed as the cousin of WWE Champion Randy Orton, who has yet to address the move via his Twitter page.
