Christian Cage is expected to leave TNA and return to WWE once his contract expires. Multiple sources report that Cage informed Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett recently that he felt it was in his best interest to consider his WWE options.

Meanwhile, Bill Behrens of WrestleZone.com is reporting that last night's Turning Point pay-per-view or the this week's television tapings could be Cage's final appearances in TNA.

Powell's POV: I haven't confirmed what Behrens is reporting regarding this set of tapings possibly being his final appearance, but I know that TNA is at least aware that he plans to listen to WWE. For that matter, most of his friends believe he is planning to head back to WWE once his deal expires.

There is a readymade program with Christian reuniting or feuding with former partner Edge waiting for him in WWE. Cage has grumbled to friends about the creative direction of TNA in the past, but I'm not sure how much of a factor that is in his decision.
