Paul Heyman comments on what's wrong with WWE, threatens to return to the pro wrestling industry
Nov 6, 2008 - 09:27 AM

Paul Heyman wrote about his frustration with the WWE product in his latest UK Sun blog. "So what's the biggest problem with the WWE product?" Heyman asks. "Is it Vince McMahon? Well, he's 63, but that doesn't mean he has to be so out of the loop in terms of cultural waves. I just think Vince is listening to the same group of people who are stuck in the bubble of the WWE Universe, while pop culture is totally different today than it was even six months ago...

"Vince McMahon's desire to produce the world's most spectacular action-oriented variety show is now in direct conflict with his product's ability to progress. Hey, I'm not knocking the success of Monday Night Raw. Just that the current format alone has lasted longer than anyone could have ever imagined." To read the full blog, visit the UK Sun.

Powell's POV: Another Heyman blog with more free advice that WWE officials won't take, much like the free advice that TNA officials haven't taken in the past. Is it just me or are the people in charge of the two major pro wrestling companies among the most stubborn people alive? By the way, Heyman teases a return to the industry at the end of the blog.
