WWE Raw onsite report: It took a wardrobe malfunction for Kaitlyn to get cheered, Fruity Pebbles Experience outside the building, Chris Jericho takes time out to meet with fans prior to Raw
Jun 18, 2013 - 12:52 PM

Dot Net reader Bryan Whit attended Monday's WWE Raw television event in Grand Rapids, Michigan and sent the following report.

I want everyone to know that I am a optimistic wrestling fan that is easy to entertain. My favorite wrestlers are the ones that are the best workers. Me, my wife, little bro and siss got to Grand Rapids at 4:00. We had time to hang around and see the tour busses come in. Y2J was the only one who signed a few autographs. When he came over to us my wife told him "she loved him more than me." He looked at her, smiled, and said "thank you." That made her whole night. Its cool to see some guys do a little extra before the show.

I don't know if this happens all the time now but there was a Fruity Pebbles Experience outside the arena. You could get a free bowl, there was some games, and you could get your picture taken with a Cena CG image.

As for Raw, WWE did a good job of making us hate Alberto Del Rio by showing us how he won the belt before the show started. There are still some people who like Del Rio. If I was him, I'd do the same thing. The place exploded when C.M. Punk came out! A good promo as always.

For the first match, Vickie Guerrero brought back WWE's No. 1 indy talent Christian. I say that because only green indy guys clap for themselves during a match. The live crowd ate it up tho. I still don't like Christian.

I popped when Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow came out. The crowd popped hard for Sheamus. It was a very good match. I thought Sheamus would have all the offense but Rhodes and Sandow did a good job with their heat.

With Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan, I thought it was strange how they stopped the match. The crowd was hot all the way until the end. To me, Bryan looked like he hurt his wrist and arm.

AJ Lee had a great promo about being a Diva. She'd be great in TNA where the best part is the Knockout matches. Anyway, Stephanie McMahon is amazing and looked great. I was surprised to see her. Kaitlyn got little to no reaction until her boob fell out LOL. Overall, a good Diva segment. I haven't said that in forever.

Dean Ambrose and Kane was good. I wish it was longer and I wish The Shield had a bigger part in Raw but whatever. They both got good reactions.

Antonio Cesaro is now the "We the People" guy. I was happy that Cesaro can finally do something, but no one else in the arena seemed to care. There was a minor pop for Regal.

The Mark Henry segment stole the show!! He had us all hooked. I would say that it was a pro Cena crowd until Henry slammed him.

Y2J vs. Heath Slater with 3MB... well, it was a good way to see Y2J. I wish they would do more with Drew McIntyre.

There was a dead crowd for Curtis Axel and Sin Cara. That is all.

Punk vs. Del Rio was really good live. The Ziggler spot was cool and unexpected.

There was Brock Lesnar! He is the only person I hate on the roster more than Christian. However, everyone else seemed to love him. There was a huge pop for Brock and my Straight Edge Savior fell pray to the Beast Incarnate. I was hoping to see this at SummerSlam, but Money in the Bank is fine. I hope Punk kicks his F'n head off, but that's just me.

John Cena vs. Ryback was the dark match. It went about five to seven minutes. Cena sent the crowd home happy.

Overall, a great show with a great crowd! Everyone always posts who gets the biggest pops and heat. I am going to do who I popped for and who I gave the most heat to.

Biggest Pops
1: Cody Rhodes and C.M. Punk
2: Daniel Bryan
3: Stephanie McMahon
4: Mark Henry's music

Most Heat
1: Brock Lesnar
2: Christian
3: Alberto Del Rio
