WWE News: Former WWE Champion returning at Money in the Bank

WWE hyped Rob Van Dam's return for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. An RVD video package aired during the Payback pay-per-view and concluded with a graphic hyping his return for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view.
Powell's POV: There's no word yet as to whether RVD is back in the fold as a main roster regular or if this is merely a one-off for MITB. Either way, it's a nice hook for the July 14 pay-per-view, which takes place in ECW's old home base of Philadelphia, Pa.
