Powell's POV: Foley made a WWE related appearance at the St. Louis Cardinals game last night along with the Bella Twins. I mentioned the last time he was on Raw with John Cena nad Ryback that he would be a fun mouthpiece for Ryback. I really doubt that's where it's going, but let me dream/fantasy book for a moment.
