WWE News: CM Punk speaks with 77 year-old man who was shot in face Feb 1, 2013 - 06:11 PM
WWE star CM Punk spoke with Thomas Dotterer, the 77 year old Syracuse man who described Punk's loss to Rock as "the worst thing to happen" to him in the same week he was robbed and shot through the right eye. Punk and Dotterer were call in guests on the Abe Kanan Show on SiruiusXM. Dotter ran through his history as a wrestling fan, putting Punk over in the process, and Punk invited Doterer to be his guest at the March 3 house show in Syracuse. You can listen to a clip from the show at http://youtu.be/1hVZV54a9M8.
Shore's Slant: Good stuff from Punk here. One of the news outlets in Syracuse alerted Punk to the story via Twitter, but I had not heard if he had followed up. This is a really nice gesture on his part, and I'm sure Dotterer will be thrilled.
