A new Linda McMahon campaign ad features several people, identified as voters for Democrat President Barack Obama, who say they are also supporting Linda McMahon in her bid for the US Senate seat in Connecticut. Shore's Slant: Republican Chris Christie used this very same strategy successfully in 2009 in the gubernatorial race in very blue NJ, and Republican Scott Brown is doing the same thing for the US Senate seat in very blue Massachusetts. Convincing Obama voters to vote for her too is the only road to victory she has. With 15 days till the election, and because I make the other half of my money as a political consultant, there will be more Linda coverage than normal, but we won't be flooding the site with political news unless something major happens.
