The following matches were taped on Tuesday in Buffalo, New York for tonight's WWE Smackdown television show.
-Antonio Cesaro defeated Santino to retain the U.S. Championship.
-Beth Phoenix beat Natalya.
-Wade Barrett beat Zack Ryder.
-Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes defeated The Uso's in a tag tournament match.
-Ryback beat Tensai.
-Big Show defeated Randy Orton to become No. 1 contender to the World Hvt. Championship.
Powell's POV: There were no Hell in a Cell pay-per-view match announcements in front of the live crowd, but it appears that Big Show will challenge Sheamus for the World Hvt. Championship at Hell in a Cell. The winners of the eight-team tag tournament will challenge for the WWE Tag Titles at Hell in a Cell.
