You'll find it in the video originals section at WWE.com. -WWE issued a statement to announce that they are appealing the Connecticut State Court's decision to dismiss their claims of bribery and anti-trust against Jakks Pacific. "The decision today from Connecticut State Court says that the prior federal court decision in this matter precludes the Connecticut court from allowing WWE to present our case on the merits," reads a statement posted on the WWE website. "We believe the federal court decision was wrong, and we are taking steps to have it corrected on appeal." Highly entertaining. WWE's decision to appeal didn't hurt Jakks Pacific's stock, which reportedly increased by seven percent following the court's decision to dismiss WWE's claims.
