WWE lawsuit dismissed, the book Ezekiel Jackson was reading on Smackdown
Aug 30, 2008 - 01:17 AM

-A Connecticut state court dismissed WWE's claims of bribery and antitrust against Jakks Pacific Inc. on Friday. WWE filed a complaint against Jakks in 2004 in which they accused the toy company of bribery to win the WWE licensing agreement for toys, games, and action figures. -What book was Ezekiel Jackson reading on Smackdown last night? Dot Net reader Dan R. of Monroe, Wisc. reports: "It was a pretty decent Smackdown, but the funniest thing I have ever seen in wrestling this year was The Brian Kendrick's promo. While he was reading 'The Art of War' I was trying to see what Zeke was reading. I rewound it once and if you look closely, Zeke was reading 'The Cat in The Hat.'"

Powell's POV: Jakks and WWE will be parting ways, as Jakks has already struck a deal with TNA, while WWE has hooked up with Mattel.

Dan has better eyes than I do. I was trying to get a glimpse of Ezekiel's book, but I couldn't make it out. That is funny.
