Foley will debut with the company once he is contractually able to do so. His WWE contract expires at the end of August. Powell's POV: TNA just taped three weeks of television, so it could be a few weeks before he debuts on Impact. However, the company has a pay-per-view event on Sept. 14, so that's at least a possibility, assuming he doesn't have a non-compete clause in his WWE deal. This is obviously a huge signing for TNA and it will be interesting to see whether the company fully utilizes his in-ring, creative, and color commentator skills.
