WWE News: John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis stipulations explained
May 14, 2012 - 10:47 PM |
It was announced on Monday's WWE Raw that John Cena vs. John Laurinaitis will be a singles match, there will not be a special referee, no one is allowed at ringside, the only way to win is by pinfall or submission, and any superstar who interferes in the match will be immediately terminated. Also, Laurinaitis will be fired if he loses the match.
Powell's POV: Of course, WWE also did the storyline firing of the Big Show character on Monday, so he's in play as an non-contracted wrestler who wouldn't face termination via those stipulations. It could also open the door for a non-regular or Brock Lesnar if they really wanted to reach given that his character quit.
