WWE News: Vince and Linda McMahon investments worth up to $355 million, Linda vows to put her investments in a blind trust if she's elected to the U.S. Senate
Mar 4, 2012 - 11:12 AM

Vince and Linda McMahon own between $92 million and $355 million in stocks, bonds, and other securities, according to a Greenwich Time analysis of their 2011 financial disclosure report. "Linda has lived the American Dream," campaign spokeswoman Erin Isaac said. "She has experienced hardships and success."

Meanwhile, Linda has vowed to support for the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge act if she's elected to the U.S. Senate. "I will insist that my investments be put in a blind trust account that I will neither see nor have any control over," Linda said in a video released last month.

"I strongly believe members of Congress should be treated the same as everyone else, no preferences, and there should be zero opportunities for personal gain." Read more on the story at Greenwichtime.com/news/article/McMahon-s-investments-could-be-worth-up-to-355M-3379373.php.

Powell's POV: The story also notes that Vince and Linda paid just under 25 percent in federal and state taxes. They also donated $1.75 million individually and through their foundation. The couple has stock in Apple, Target, McDonald's, and Whole Foods Market, according to the story. Let's just say the McMahons won't be standing in a soup line anytime soon.
