Powell's POV: The first overrun counts the 15 minutes after the top of the hour, and the second overrun was for 11:15 to 11:21 ET. It's encouraging to see the segment with C.M. Punk, Daniel Bryan, and Chris Jericho deliver the second highest rating of the show. WWE had to be hoping for a better overall number with The Rock on the show, and I expected better numbers for his quarter-hour ratings. The Daytona 500 airing on Monday night didn't help the cause, as the race drew an 8.0 rating and 13.669 million viewers.
