However, Animal said he was contacted late and there wasn't enough time to sort out the details, so he will not be appearing at the show. Powell's POV: I was a guest on the show that Animal co-hosts along with Big D and Crisco on Saturday night. Animal did confirm that his son and St. Louis Rams linebacker James Laurinaitis will be in attendance at the show along with some of his teammates. There has been speculation that Animal would get involved in his brother John Laurinaitis's storyline and perhaps he will at some point, but he was in the Twin Cities doing the show tonight and definitively said he would not be at the Royal Rumble.
