WWE Raw rating: How did the post-TLC show perform?
Dec 20, 2011 - 06:22 PM |
Monday's WWE Raw television show scored a 2.92 rating, down from the 3.0 (rounded up) rating that the Slammy Awards version of the show drew in the traditional two hour time slot. Raw averaged 4.428 million viewers in the first hour, and 4.169 million in the second hour.
Powell's POV: The alarming factor for WWE is the drop in ratings from hour one to hour two, and the fact that viewership in the teen demographic is down dramatically from last year. The Monday Night Football had some power outage issues last night. While a case could be made that it would lead some viewers to flip channels and watch Raw, I think that's probably cancelled out by the number of people who heard about the power outage and wanted to see it play out on ESPN.
