WWE Raw rating drops against tougher competition than usual
Jul 15, 2008 - 06:39 PM |
WWE Raw drew a 3.2 rating, which is down from the 3.5 mark the show reached the two previous weeks. The first hour of the show drew a 3.11 rating with 4,715,000 viewers, while the second hour drew a 3.11 rating with 4,789,000 viewers.
Powell's POV: WWE faced stiff competition last night from the Major League Baseball home run derby on ESPN, the Brett Favre (told you he was a drama queen) on FOX News, and the Jesse Ventura interview on CNN. That probably doesn't explain the full ratings drop, but those three things combined probably stole some usual viewers.
