WWE Raw rating: Did Vince McMahon's million dollar giveaway help the ratings?

Monday's Raw drew a 3.0 rating, according to WrestlingObserver.com. The rating is down from last week's 3.1 and barely up from the 2.9 the show drew on Memorial Day.
Powell’s POV: Obviously, this has to be considered a huge disappointment to WWE considering the million dollar giveaway contest, not to mention the fact that they are building toward a match between Triple H and John Cena—the two wrestlers they consider to be the biggest names and draws in the company.
