The injury occurred when Orton was dumped over the top rope by Triple H following an RKO attempt. He was in pain immediately and could be heard telling the referee that he thought he broke his collarbone. To read the full story, visit WWE.com. Powell's POV: No surprise there. It was obvious based on looking at Orton's shoulder that something wasn't right. In fact, I'm surprised the injury isn't more serious given how hard he landed on his shoulder. WWE has yet to establish a target date for Orton's return.
