-WWE is now taking pre-orders for "The Rock: The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment" DVD. The company issued an email this morning containing the code "THANKSGW" and noted that anyone who uses it will save 10 percent on items of $60 or more and will receive a free ECW drawstring bag. For more information, visit WWE.com.
-Slam Wrestling features a story about Jim Ross's BarBQ business. The story features quotes from Ross and pictures of the inside and outside of the restaurant. You can read the story by clicking here.
-WWE's Victoria is opening her own custom car shop in Louisville, Ky. Her new business venture is called "Black Widow Customs" and will have its grand opening on May 22. The Courier-Journal reports that a slew of WWE stars will be there on opening night.
Powell’s POV: I wonder if The Rock will make an appearance to hype his upcoming DVD release? Amazon.com lists a June 10 release date. WWE Raw will be Bakersfield, Calif. on June 2, and in Oakland on June 9. I guess we'll find out.
I'm placing my order for some of J.R.'s beef jerky today. After reading his comments about the smoking process, I have an urge to shove meat in my mouth. Wait, that didn't come out right.
Victoria gets my vote for coolest Diva. Seriously, she's a great wrestler and now she has her own custom car business called "Black Widow Customs." I know, it really doesn't take much to impress me. Best of luck to her in her new business venture.
