WWE star Chris Jericho told the Daily Star that he's not afraid of losing his spot in WWE. "I'm not one of those people who worries about my position," Jericho said. "I’m never going to lose my spot. I could work the opening match every night and still be a star."

Jericho also commented on the youth movement in WWE. "It’s just the way it is – most of the guys in WWE are young guys and green," he said. "It’s not like it used to be. I spent nine years going all round the place perfecting my craft – now it’s nine months.

Powell's POV: Jericho's comment about working the opening match and still being a star will be perceived as arrogant by some, but it's also the truth.
