WWE News: John Cena comments on which wrestlers he sees as the rising stars of WWE, reveals his favorite match

WWE star John Cena appeared on the ESPN Fantasy Focus Podcast on Wednesday to hype the movie Legendary. Cena was asked by host Nate Ravitz which younger wrestlers are standing out. "Finding talent is not a problem," Cena said. "I think we have a flux of young talent."
Cena listed Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, Kofi Kingston, Wade Barrett, David Otunga, Justin Gabriel, Skip Sheffield, Daniel Bryan, Michael McGillicutty, Husky Harris, Alex Riley, and The Miz. "There is more young talent now than there was in 2002 when there was a similar change of the guard," Cena said.
Cena was asked to name his favorite match that he's been involved in. "Man, I'd say that WrestleMania match with Shawn Michaels," Cena said. "He's considered the best in-ring performer of all time, and to be able to compete with him for that amount of time at WrestleMania, that was a good thing." You can listen to the full interview at ESPN.com.
Powell's POV: The interview starts roughly 36 minutes into the show. Cena also discusses Major League Baseball, the NFL, why he doesn't play fantasy football, and which pro wrestling legend he wishes he could work a match again. Thanks to Dot Net reader Steven Johnson of Charleston, W. Va. for passing along the link (even though I was actually listening to Nate and Matthew Berry for some fantasy scoop when he sent it in).
