Dot Net reader Zack Zimmerman attended the WWE Smackdown taping on Tuesday in Albany, N.Y. and passed along the following report.

The show opened with a fiesta for Alberto Del Rio. He had Rey's mask on a piñata and smashed the shit out of it.. That guy is such money it's ridiculous. Christian came out and cut his typical promo. They teased a fight, but Del Rio bitched out. Drew McIntyre attacked Christian to set up a match.

1. Christian pinned Drew McIntyre. Decent but slow match that Christian won with a roll up.

2. Michelle McCool beat Kelly Kelly. Divas match/bathroom break. McCool beat Kelly Kelly with the worst Styles Clash of all the time.

3. Dolph Ziggler over Chris Masters with the Zig Zag. Masters's TitanTron video is just a bunch of titty dance clips.

4. Big Show beat C.M. Punk and Luke Gallows in a handicap match.

Jack Swagger hosted the VIP lounge. His guest was Jack Swagger Sr. Bad segment so I left to check out merchandise.

5. Dashing Cody Rhodes beat Matt Hardy with CrossRhodes. Typical Matt match but Cody made it alright. He's getting very good and was pretty over with the live crowd.

Undertaker's Druids brought a casket to the ring. Kane was in it. He cut one of his usual recent good promos. Taker came out. They teased a fight, but the lights went out and Kane ran backstage. The show should go off the air with Taker looking pissed.

Notes: This was my first TV taping and it was awesome. I pointed to Kaval when he was on turnbuckle and got a big smile and point right back right before they came back on air to announce winner. Very cool moment. The crowd was pissed at the attack on Kaval because it was so poorly executed and the pros looked like chumps for getting all their moves no-sold and run off by rookie fails like Titus and Lucky. Overall amazing experience though.
