WWE wrestler files assault charges against a club patron

Gregory Helms filed assault charges again a fellow club patron on Tuesday morning in Smithfield, N.C. Helms alleges that Dustin Narron slapped him following an altercation. To read the full story, visit the local news section on WTSBradio.com.
Powell's POV: I'm sure there will be some people mocking Helms for filing the assault charge over a slap. However, he is recovering from a serious neck surgery. For that matter, he'd probably be facing assault charges had he taken matters into his own hands and kicked the guy's ass. Based on the guy's mugshot photo, I don't think that would have been an issue. Nice hair, dude.
