She relies more on lead writers Brian Gewirtz and Michael Hayes now than she has in the past. She is said to be getting more involved in other areas of the company, not to mention the fact that she's a mother with a second child on the way. Powell's POV: Good for Steph if she's spending time with her daughter and isn't completely obsessed with the company. In related news, though, there is plenty of frustration in creative due to the increased workload.
