Tuesday's WWE "ECW on Syfy" drew a 1.0 rating with 1.4 million viewers, which is up from the 0.9 rating the show drew the two previous weeks.
Powell's POV: I'm baffled by WWE's decision not to advertise Vince McMahon's big announcement on their flagship show on Monday night. Rather, the only thing they teased was that viewers should tune in to find out whether Christian or Ezekiel Jackson left the Royal Rumble as champion.
