John Cena defeated The Rock to win the WWE Championship in the main event of Sunday's WrestleMania 29. Cena and Rock shook hands and embraced after the match was over.
The Miz defeated Wade Barrett to capture the Intercontinental Title during the free preview match.
Powell's POV: I guess Miz wasn't lying when he said the first and last matches were the most important. Okay, so there's nothing important about the Intercontinental Title these days, but I was surprised that the crowd was mostly receptive to Miz winning the strap.
