Dot Net reader William Blacklidge witnessed the fireworks accident and filed the following report.

I was at the show and saw the fireworks accident occur. It was the end of the show and Undertaker had just won the main event so everyone was getting up and leaving. When the final fireworks started to shoot (the fireworks were shooting from the corners of the stadium into the middle towards the ring) a group of the fireworks attached to a string broke off and landed in the top row section.

Some went off as they fell and some of them went off after they landed.  It was hard to see what happened because of the smoke but the fireworks definitely landed right on top of a group of people. I did not see anyone rushing to help anyone, but there was a lot of smoke and I was far away (I was located on the opposite end of the stadium).

After getting outside the stadium there were at least two ambulances being rushed in through the crowd.  It seemed like a lot of people had no idea it happened because they were already on their way out of the stadium. I would have to say I don't know how anyone could have not been hurt because those fireworks landed right on top of them.

Powell's POV: Two other readers have sent in similar reports. Another reader who was working security reports that he was asked to fill out a witness report. There are no mainstream media reports on the incident yet, but I'll keep following the story and I assume more information will be available tomorrow.
