WWE.com is advertising that John Morrison and The Miz will battle on Friday’s Smackdown for the final spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Only six wrestlers have qualified for the match so far, meaning the spot that belonged to Jeff Hardy could remain vacant. To read the full story, visit WWE.com.
Powell’s POV: I’m surprised that Matt Hardy hasn’t been added to the Money in the Bank match. I suppose it’s still possible that they could do some type of angle that would culminate in him taking his brother’s spot in the match, but as of right now it appears as though only seven wrestlers will be involved. I guess that means Matt will be relegated to appearing in the 24-man battle royal for a shot at the ECW Title at WresteMania 24.
