Kevin Brink announced during Friday's Eastern Wrestling Alliance show that he has signed a WWE developmental deal, according to the Baltimore Sun. He trained at the Team 3D Academy in Kissimmee, Fla. "[Team 3D's] loyalty is to TNA, but with their students, their loyalty is to their students," Brink said.

"Brother Ray and Brother Devon have been around long enough that they know which company each student is better suited for. It was their opinion that I would have a better opportunity trying out for WWE." To read the full story, visit Kevin Eck's wrestling blog at BaltimoreSun.com.

Powell’s POV: Brink stands 6-6 and weighs 280 pounds. I can't imagine why Team 3D thought he'd fit in so well with WWE. All joking aside, congrats to Brink, as well as Team 3D for having one of their students land a developmental deal. Eck's article is a good read and features more quotes from Brink regarding a five-day WWE developmental evaluation process he was put through, as well as his outlook regarding moving to Florida Championship Wrestling.
